Weights
The numbers a model kept from its training, frozen in place.
Training nudged billions of internal numbers toward better next-token predictions, then stopped. Those numbers are the weights.
Using the model does not change one of them. They are identical for you and for everyone else, which is the whole reason your own instructions matter.
