What you chose to keep from a week, written down.
A Record is the write-up at the end of a week's work. It is not a score and not a personality type. It is a short piece of writing about how you actually went about something, drawn from what you did that week.
Records accumulate. Each one is a separate observation, so a later week can disagree with an earlier one instead of overwriting it.
