Geode Labs early beta terms

This is not a finished commercial product.

Features may be incomplete, change significantly, disappear, break, or become temporarily unavailable. Interfaces, AI models, storage systems and functionality may change as we learn from people using the beta.

Part of the reason we’re opening it now is to build it with you.

Geo uses artificial intelligence and may produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or wrong.

Review important outputs before relying on them.

Do not use the beta as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety-critical or other high-stakes advice.

We’ve taken reasonable measures to protect information submitted to the beta, and we will continue improving those safeguards as the product develops.

But this is still an early prototype. Please do not put highly sensitive information into Geo.

That includes passwords, authentication codes, banking or payment credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, highly sensitive personal information, confidential client or customer information, trade secrets, or anything else you would not be comfortable entering into a standard consumer AI service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any information you submit.

Our collection, use and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact Geode Labs right away using the feedback option inside the beta.

The beta is built using third-party technology, infrastructure and AI services. Our current prototype has been developed in part using Lovable.

Those underlying services may change as we continue developing the product.

We are building the Geode Labs beta in public.

If you give us feedback, ideas, suggestions, survey responses or other input, you give Geode Labs permission to use that feedback to understand, improve and develop our products.

You keep ownership of your original content. Providing feedback does not create an obligation for Geode Labs to implement it or compensate you.

Beta access may be changed, limited, suspended or discontinued as the product evolves.

We may also restrict access if the beta is being misused, interfered with, or used in a way that could harm other people or the service.

We’re working to make Geo useful, reliable and safe, but during the beta we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular AI outputs or that every feature will work as expected.

Use the beta with that understanding.

Because the product is changing quickly, these Early Beta Terms may change too.

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
